*Additional Entry Fee for Ladies Day Scramble is $100.00, which is due with the entry form.  Entry determined by those first to pay.  If there are not enough teams for everyone who paid, the entry fee will be refunded to those pros that do not play.

Practice rounds included in your entry fee.

Practice round carts will be $10.00 per rider.

A $150 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL WITHDRAWS BEFORE AUGUST 2^nd Withdraws after August 2^nd will receive no refund. Exceptions:  Death in the family or personal injury.

Entry Fee also includes carts & lunch on tournament days.  Maximum of 2 carts per foursome
